Lettings Negotiator
Mumbles, Swansea SA3
£25,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Minimum OTE £30,200+)
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service? This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work with landlords and prospective tenants, helping people find their ideal home while building long-term relationships and achieving rewarding sales targets.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the full lettings journey from initial enquiry through to move-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with applicants to understand their property requirements
- Matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Keeping landlords updated with property performance and applicant feedback
- Managing referencing and ensuring applicants remain informed throughout the process
- Promoting additional property-related services where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate property records, compliance documentation and CRM systems
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless lettings experience
- Achieving individual and team performance targets

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within lettings, estate agency or a sales-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
- Confidence working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- A genuine interest in the property market
- A full UK driving licence
Experience within business development, account management or customer-facing sales would also be highly advantageous.
