Role Description
The Real Estate Rental Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Swindon, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of rental properties and lettings activities. This role includes:

- Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
- Coordinating viewings
- Managing tenancy applications
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Monitoring rent collection and arrears
- Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records
- Updating property listings
- Providing clear communication and service to clients
- Supporting the broader estate agency team with rental market insight and reporting

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and property management, including tenancy processes and rental legislation.
- Experience working within an estate agency or lettings environment, with familiarity across estate agents and lettings operations.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Swindon, managing multiple properties and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using property management or CRM software, email, and standard office applications.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ARLA or similar lettings certifications) or equivalent experience are beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits and inspections is advantageous.
