My client, a top tier central London boutique law firm, is looking for an Senior Associate to join their thriving and Legal 500 recommended Real Estate team! This firm is highly reputable and works closely with central Government departments, having become well know for their high quality work and good reputation. The role would include managing large and complex matters alongside team Partners and Jr team members, including major real estate, planning, and regeneration schemes within the public, infrastructure, telecoms and utility sectors. More typical matters also include acquisitions, disposals, and commercial L&T matters. While experience serving the public sector (including telecoms or infrastructure) is desirable, it is not essential.

The firm has over 70 Lawyers in the UK and have excellent opportunities for flexible hybrid working and progression. They offer a competitive salary and a very friendly environment, if you're confident in your commercial real estate experience this could be an excellent step up!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a busy Real Estate team managing a caseload of commercial property matters independently (often within the public sector).
- Assist senior Partners with larger complex matters as required, including those with components including planning, regeneration, telecoms, infrastructure, and utility matters.
- Assist with the development and training of Jr team members while supporting the growth of the greater firm.
- Work to reasonable targets and build strong relationships with clients, developing personal relationships while maintaining high standards
Desired Skills and Experience:

- UK qualified Solicitor of 5+ PQE.
- A strong practical understanding and demonstrated experience in Real Estate processes including large and complex projects.
- Experience with matters in the public sector, telecommunications and/or infrastructure matters is very advantageous but non-essential.
- Strong academic background (ideally with a 2:1 undergraduate degree).
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff.
- High levels of attention to detail.
As renumeration this firm offers a salary at the top of the market with bonus schemes and a benefits package along market lines. They provide excellent hybrid working as standard and fast progression up to Partner.
