An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds.
Working with a large Real Estate team, you will advise major corporate clients across a broad range of development, investment and corporate occupier matters while supporting the growth of junior lawyers.

Description
The Commercial Property Senior Associate will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advising on development, investment, and corporate occupier matters.
- Acting for major corporate clients across a range of industry sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting partners on complex and high-value transactions.
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior lawyers.
- Playing an active role in business development and networking.
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Working with colleagues across the wider national Real Estate team.
Profile
The Commercial Property Senior Associate should be:
- A solicitor with 5 years' PQE or more in Commercial Property.
- Experienced in development, investment, and corporate occupier work.
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in advising corporate clients on complex property transactions.
- Comfortable supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
- Ideally from a regional, national, or international law firm background.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000 per annum.
