The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Oxfordshire. Working with a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, and development projects. You will work closely with experienced partners while taking ownership of your own matters, delivering commercially focused advice and supporting the continued growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE and experience in commercial property law. You will have a solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters, investment work, secured lending, or development transactions, together with excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, building lasting client relationships, and working collaboratively within a supportive team. An interest in business development and contributing to the continued success of the practice is essential.
