Real Estate Associate
Manchester - Hybrid
A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing property team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with circa 3-8 years' post-qualification experience to work on a varied and high-quality real estate caseload, advising a broad range of commercial clients, developers, investors, and occupiers.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of real estate matters, including:
- Acquisition of development and strategic land sites
- Supporting retail and commercial development projects, including food store and drive-thru developments
- Disposal and management of residual land interests
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and portfolio management
- Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused legal advice throughout the life cycle of property transactions

About You
- Be a qualified solicitor with approximately 3-8 years PQE
- Have strong experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Ideally have exposure to development work and landlord and tenant matters
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Be commercially minded and keen to build long-term client relationships
- Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
