Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (5+ PQE)
A growing boutique London law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its property practice. The role will involve a broad mix of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, refinancing and property finance transactions. There will also be exposure to high-value residential matters and direct client contact. We are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers who: • Have gained their experience within private practice • Have at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property / real estate • Can manage transactions independently from instruction to completion • Have strong client-facing and business development skills • Enjoy working closely with clients in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment A client following would be advantageous but is not essential. The firm offers high-quality work, genuine autonomy, direct client exposure and flexible hybrid working arrangements. To apply, please send your CV.
