Real Estate Solicitor (Healthcare) 3+ PQE Birmingham Leading National Law Firm Ref: 4605
A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading Corporate Healthcare team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised practice acting on some of the largest and most complex healthcare transactions in the UK.
The Role
You will advise a broad client base including healthcare providers, investors, lenders, and corporate operators on a wide range of real estate matters within the healthcare sector. The caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, development projects, sale and leaseback arrangements, and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions, private equity transactions, and buy-and-build strategies.
Working closely with experienced partners, you will enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact, and exposure to high-value transactional work, whilst collaborating with specialists across corporate, banking, planning, construction, and regulatory teams to deliver commercially focused advice.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE gained within a recognised commercial property team. Previous experience advising healthcare clients would be beneficial but is by no means essential. Solicitors with strong commercial real estate experience and exposure to corporate support work are encouraged.
You will possess excellent technical ability, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients. Commercial awareness, enthusiasm for business development, and the ambition to progress your career within a specialist sector are essential.
