Real Estate Solicitor
Real Estate Solicitor – Birmingham – 0-3 PQE – £63,000 - £70,000+ Bonus + Benefits
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor in Birmingham to join a highly regarded and growing commercial real estate team within a top-tier National Legal 500 practice.
This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of sectors, with a key focus on:
- Commercial and residential development
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Sales & purchases
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor in Birmingham seeking high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and a genuinely collegiate culture.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Supporting a broad client base of local and national developers and investors
- Assisting with large-scale commercial & residential development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
- Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives

The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor (0-5 PQE) with strong experience in commercial property
- Strong background, ideally trained with a strong commercial property practice and a seat in real estate
- Experience with a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally within development
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships
- Either qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign-qualified lawyer at an elite firm
- Highly organised, with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
