We are now seeking a motivated and commercially-minded Real Estate Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join our established team.
The Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career, working on high-value transactions with bespoke clients. You’ll be involved in a wide range of real estate matters, including acting for developers, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
- Conducting due diligence on property portfolios
- Liaising directly with clients, counterparties, and agents
- Managing Land Registry applications and SDLT filings
- Advising clients on legal and commercial risks
- Supporting the team on larger or more complex transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0–2 years PQE
- Experience in real estate finance or general real estate
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently while working collaboratively in a small team
