An international, Tier 1 Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Manchester team.
You will be part of a top-performing real estate group advising major investors, developers, and occupiers on complex, high-value transactions across the UK. The team is well known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and impressive client list.
The Role
You will handle a wide range of commercial property work, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties and portfolios
- Landlord and tenant work and property management
- Development, investment, and regeneration projects
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Supporting business development and client relationship management

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate
- Experience working with institutional investors, developers, or occupiers
- Confident handling complex transactions and working directly with clients
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Ambitious, proactive, and a collaborative team player
