About the Role
Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst/Account Manager who comes from an accounting background and will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of software solutions. These solutions are designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate markets across the globe.

- Provide technical support for a wide range of software solutions.
- Understand and prioritize issues, and the client's business.
- Form a relationship with the client through regular meetings (in person where possible).
- Support the client's growth in the industry with our software in place.
- Not just a firefighting issue resolution role.
Requirements
- Strong accountancy exposure, and/or in-depth real estate experience.
- Experience implementing systems (ERP/CRM) would be a huge advantage.
- Ability to take ownership of issues and understand priorities.

Work Arrangement
- On-site 1/2 days per week in Milton Keynes (more for the initial training period).
- Work remotely for the rest of the week.
- Strong communication skills are key.
- Right to work in the UK as the client doesn't offer sponsorship.
