ITG are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the KFC account team for a six-month period to manage their rebrand. This position is designed for someone who excels at seamlessly managing every aspect within their scope. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that KFC’s new visual identity is executed smoothly and efficiently over the packaging channel, adhering to the ITG and KFC Way of Working (WOW), and working closely with ITG’ specialist packaging teams. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with KFC and KFCs above the line agency to ensure all rebrand files are sent to us, and we have what we need to roll out their new visual identity across all their packaging in the UK. Brief all packaging artworks into our specialist packaging team to make them print ready. Design amends maybe required too, so ability to brief in design amends and suggest improvements where beneficial. Provide SME expertise to the account team and to the client to support in the delivery of this, from briefing to live. Work with KFC’s packaging printers, to ensure they also have what they need. Understand all operational processes, including WOW, use of platforms and reporting. An expectation to set up a process here to ensure the rebrand of packaging runs smoothly. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external (3rd party suppliers) Take proactive and thought leading approach to delivering the project and ensuring work is correct, to brief and within estimated budgets Ensure briefs are clear and logical for resource What I need to do: Project manage from start to finish, including all touch points, you will be accountable for the delivery of this project. Regularly communicate with the client weekly on calls and deck updates Regularly keep SAD updated with progress and flag any challenges as well as suggesting solutions Ensuring costs are provided to the client and budget is monitored throughout the process. Develop resource plans that are effective, engage with internal teams to ensure everyone is doing what they need to and when accordingly, to the project plan. Liaise with print suppliers, give them what they need to complete their segment. You will need a comprehensive understanding of ITG operations and the integration of various areas. Your knowledge of business processes, from initial conception to final delivery, should be robust. You will be a compassionate leader with a keen technical and creative sense, adept at managing day-to-day projects. A process-driven individual, you possess over 5 years of experience and have the capability to engage with individuals at every level within the organisation, taking full ownership of projects. Your enthusiasm for problem-solving will shine through as you immerse yourself in all aspects of the business. However, you will prioritise maintaining high standards of project management at the core of your responsibilities. Have vast experience with managing print, including print suppliers and store POS.
