Receptionist – Mobility Showroom

Location: Yate (On-site)
Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm)
Job Type: Permanent

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Yate showroom.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our showroom.

You'll support our sales and administration teams by managing enquiries, coordinating appointments and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and professionally.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain showroom diaries
  • Direct customer enquiries to the appropriate member of the team
  • Provide basic information about our products and services
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception and showroom area
  • Assist with administration, filing and customer documentation
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day office tasks

About You

You'll enjoy interacting with people and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, email and basic computer systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A genuine desire to help people and make a difference to customers' lives
