RECEPTION HOST: P/T
Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and proactive Reception Host. As the first point of contact for customers entering our aftersales building, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience that reflects the high standards of our brand.

YOUR ROLE
As the Reception Host, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their visit, ensuring they have a welcoming and seamless experience. You will be attentive to each visitor, quickly understanding their needs and providing a tailored customer experience. You will be a brand ambassador and share our excitement for everything MINI and BMW.
The main duties of the role include:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanour
- Assist customers with check-in and check-out procedures or directing them to the right department/person
- Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration
- Monitor and manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after
- Maintain a tidy, well-organised reception, coffee station and customer waiting area

YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high footfall
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

SALARY AND HOURS
Basic salary: £17,915.04 per annum.
Working hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with an unpaid hour for lunch (27 hours per week).
In addition, you will be required to provide cover as per business needs. Any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
