We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a supportive, community-focused environment.

- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
- Managing bookings, cancellations, and the clinic calendar
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Processing payments and managing invoicing
- Communicating with insurance providers and processing payments
- Supporting our team with daily admin
- Light cleaning and organization to keep the clinic looking its best
Job Description
This position is the heart of our front desk — you’ll be the first face people see when they walk through our door. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the clinic organized and helping patients feel welcome and supported.

- Friendly, calm, and compassionate with excellent people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Enjoys working independently and being part of a small team
- Prior reception or admin experience is a plus — but not required!
Wage: $25 - $28 per hour. Part-Time and Full-Time position available
