Reception Manager
Location: London
Salary: GBP £45,000 – GBP £50,000
A premium casual, multi-site hospitality group is seeking a Reception Manager to drive excellence across high-profile locations. This role is central to the operation, leading the reservations function, shaping first impressions, and ensuring service excellence before guests reach their accommodations.
The Role
- Lead and develop reception teams across multiple busy sites
- Take full ownership of reservations, guest enquiries, and VIP coordination
- Manage guest flow to ensure a smooth, consistent experience
- Build relationships with regulars and key guests to foster repeat business
- Oversee systems, reporting, and booking performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously enhance the guest experience
- Provide operational support when needed during peak periods

The Person
Candidates should bring:
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in high-volume or premium hospitality settings
- Confidence using reservation systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
- Proven ability to lead, train, and retain high-performing teams
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Personable, polished, and able to engage a diverse range of guests
- Composed under pressure with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
