Reception Manager – Corporate Guest Services
Central London
£45,000 + Performance Bonus
Monday to Friday | 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Reception Manager to lead a premium Guest Services team within a prestigious corporate environment in Central London.
You'll lead from the front, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest, visitor and employee while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service. This is a hands-on leadership role where professionalism, attention to detail and service excellence are at the heart of everything you do.

The Role
- Lead and develop the Reception and Guest Services team
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive service standards and continuous improvement
- Ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and professionally
About You

- Previous experience managing a Reception or Guest Services team
- Corporate, hospitality or luxury service background
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
