Role Overview
Position: Full Time, 2 Year Fixed Term (5 days, 35 hours per week) Location: Central London, head office Salary: From £35,930.00 per annum Contract: 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas office closure

The Role

We are seeking a welcoming, organised Reception & Membership Administrator to serve as the professional and friendly face of Guild House, our head office. Reporting days are busy and people-focused, requiring you to:
- Deliver a high-quality reception service to visitors, callers, and clients
- Handle phone and email enquiries smoothly and efficiently
- Support visitors, coordinate meeting room bookings, and assist with daily administrative procedures
- Form an integral part of the Membership Team, managing:
- Processing new membership applications
- Maintaining accurate member records
- Escalating member enquiries and communications
- Ensuring database integrity and up-to-date data
