The London EDITION is seeking its next Reception Supervisor to join the Front Office team at 10 Berners Street, London, England (W1T 3NP) in a Full-Time, non-management position.

Key Responsibilities
As a Reception Supervisor, you will lead with passion and excellence in the five-star front desk environment:
- Manage and mentor the Reception team in daily operations
- Train and develop junior staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Resolve guest requests, queries, and complaints with grace and efficiency
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with management to create a seamless, sophisticated guest experience
- Uphold EDITION’s signature standards of hors d'oeuvres with an unforgettable stay
Requirements & Qualifications
This role is ideal for compelling, team-oriented professionals with:
- Proven experience in five-star hotel front desk supervision (or equivalent levels of leadership in hospitality)
- Deep understanding of how every interaction shapes the guest experience
- Proven affinity for personalised, attitudinal service—because at EDITION, service is as much about how we listen as what we deliver
- Strong communication and coaching skills to guide teams effectively
- Commitment to maintaining EDITION’s uncompromising standards of style, sophistication, and emotion—personalised perfection
