Job Description

Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception?

We are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor to oversee our small team who take care of the front of house services at a leading French Bank based in the city.

Although this is a leadership position, where you will have full managerial responsibilities to one Receptionist, it is also a very hands-on role where you will be fully operationally involved.

  • You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuinely friendly and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff, as well as managing the company’s switchboard and inbox.
  • Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and assisting with event coordination.
  • Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: £37,000

Qualifications

We are looking for a genuinely positive and friendly candidate, with a natural ability to build rapport with everyone and anyone. They will be sincere, kind, adaptable and a good problem solver.

  • Excellent communication skills via all mediums are essential, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
  • Experience of working within a similar customer-oriented role is essential, preferably within hotels, airlines, medical or a corporate setting.
  • Experience of supervising/managing a team is essential.
