Reception Supervisor - AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness
Full-Time Contract

You’ll need to:
- Treat every guest as an individual, making them feel welcome and ensuring their stay is special
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Provide a proactive, hands-on approach with maximum reliability
- Follow the company’s brand standards meticulously
- Oversee administering check-ins and check-outs
- Demonstrate natural leadership and hospitality skills
- Have prior experience working at a front desk is essential
You’ll also carry out daily fire safety checks and patrol hotel grounds at night.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Coordinating check-ins and check-outs
- Leading front desk operations
- Safeguarding hotel security standards
