Job Description

We’re looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our team in St Andrews, where luxury service meets unforgettable guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel - leading from the front, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every stay is seamless, personal, and memorable. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive on delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to shine.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of daily pre-arrival checks to make sure every detail is spot on.
  • Personally welcoming VIPs, Accor Live Limitless, and returning guests.
  • Stepping in for the Assistant Front Office Manager when needed, from pre-convention briefings to group arrivals.
  • Acting as the go-to contact for guests throughout their stay, resolving issues with ease and professionalism.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
  • A confident, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Someone with an eye for detail and a genuine passion for service.
