Reception Supervisor Wanted – Be the Face of the Fun!

Do you love meeting new people, solving problems like a pro, and keeping things running smoothly while everyone else wonders how you do it? Then you might be the Reception Supervisor we're looking for!

We're searching for an energetic, people-loving superstar to lead our front desk team and help create memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a fantastic reception team and setting the vibe for every shift.
  • Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Turning challenges into solutions and complaints into compliments.
  • Training and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Keeping check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and guest requests running like clockwork.
  • Working closely with all departments to make every stay unforgettable.
