About the Role
As a Reception Supervisor, you will:
- Act as Duty Manager to lead the Reception team.
- Provide a premium experience that welcomes our members, whether in-person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
- Collaborate with the management team to lead, mentor, and inspire the Reception team.
- Deliver service excellence through strong customer engagement and problem-solving.

To Be a Reception Supervisor Here, You Should Have:
✔ Previous experience managing a customer service-focused team.
✔ A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills—with the ability to collaborate and influence others effectively.
✔ Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
