A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2026 on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years teacher to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school that is committed to providing an exceptional start to every child's education. The successful candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where children can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within EYFS, ideally in a Reception class
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development
- Deliver creative, engaging, and play-based learning opportunities
- Be confident assessing children's progress and planning to meet individual learning needs
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Have high expectations for children's learning, behaviour, and wellbeing

The Role Will Involve
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Supporting children's early communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development
- Completing observations and assessments to monitor progress
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with the Early Years team to provide outstanding provision for all children
