A friendly and highly successful primary school in Loughton, Essex is looking to appoint a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an engaging environment where children are encouraged to flourish from the very start of their education.
The Role
- Teaching Assistant supporting a Reception class
- Full-time position
- Supporting children through play-based learning and classroom activities
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver a stimulating Early Years environment
- Providing individual and small group support where required
- Long-term opportunity with an immediate or agreed start
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework would be highly beneficial

- Large primary academy in Loughton, Essex
- Approximately 60 pupils admitted into Reception each year
- Part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust
- Judged Outstanding by Ofsted in 2024, including an Outstanding judgement for Early Years provision
