Receptionist – Bridgend Central Premier Inn
Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in Bridgend. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.
About the Role
- Location: Bridgend Central Premier Inn, A4061, Bridgend CF32 9ST
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (ends 02/09/2026)
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour

Responsibilities
- Deliver fantastic customer service to guests, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease
- Handle check-ins smoothly with a positive attitude
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and other Teams to fulfil guest needs
- Use a simple administration system efficiently, supported by ongoing training
- Contribute to a friendly, professional hotel atmosphere
