Reception Team Member

Hotel Receptionist

Location: Welcome Break, Ramada, Oxford, OX33 1LJ

  • Immediate start available
  • Flexible full-time or part-time hours
  • Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people every day, staying busy, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcome.

As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break [Days Inn/Ramada] hotel, you’ll be the first friendly face and trusted voice guests encounter during their stay.

You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest queries, and ensure the reception area remains organised and welcoming—all while delivering a positive and stress-free experience.


About the Role

Daily Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet guests warmly, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, and resolve queries efficiently
    • Manage reservations, payments, and deposits using hotel management systems
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and guest-friendly
  • Guest Experience:

    • Address guest requests quickly and professionally
    • Maintain a positive and helpful tone, even in challenging situations
    • Follow health & safety protocols and security procedures
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused environment
    • Work closely with kitchen, maintenance, and management teams
    • Escalate issues with confidence and professionalism when needed
