Reception Team Member – St. Austell Premier Inn
The St. Austell Premier Inn is now recruiting for a Reception Team Member!
Location: Treverbyn Rd, Carclaze, Saint Austell PL25 4EL
About the Role
Recently make a welcoming difference as a skilled Reception Team Member. You’ll be the face of hospitality, ensuring guests start their stay relaxed and comfortable.
At the Whitbread Premier Inn, we welcome people from all backgrounds and simplify our tech systems so you can focus with ease. This means ease of training, for everyone. Be the friendly face of our hotel, and make everyone feel at home.
You’ll assist guests from the moment they check-in to their check-out, often collaborating with housekeeping to deliver perfect rooms. You’ll manage registrations efficiently and provide any support guests need throughout their stay. If it’s our front desk you’re pleased with, you’ll be pleased with our front desk team.

What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet guests and give them the warm welcome our hotel is known for.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Gather necessary guest information.
- Ensure all details on the registration forms are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
- Address any questions or concerns guests may have.
The Basics
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract: Fixed Term until 27/08/2026 (12-month contract extending if you love it!)
- Hours: 24 hours per week
