Hours 24 hours per week | Pay rate: up to £13.06 per hour
About the Role
Come join our Premier Inn team in Bath City Centre! As a Reception Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel, using your fun personality and customer service skills to create a fantastic guest experience. From warm smiles to coordinating with housekeeping to perfect rooms, you’ll help guests feel right at home as soon as they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our reception team, your work will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring a seamless stay
- Coordinating between front-of-house and housekeeping to maintain flawless room standards
- Handling check-ins, checkouts, and guest enquiries efficiently
- Supporting the team to meet Whitbread’s high standards of quality and hospitality
