Hotel Receptionist – Welcome Break, Ramada – Oxford (OX33 1LJ)
Immediate start available | Flexible full-time or part-time hours Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift
About the Role
Looking for a role where you can meet new people every day, stay busy, and make every guest feel genuinely welcome?
As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break [Days Inn/Ramada] hotel, you’ll be the friendly face guests see first (and the helpful voice they speak to last!).
From smooth check-ins and check-outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you’ll help create a great stay for every guest.

Your Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, you’ll handle:
- Welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring everyone has what they need for a great stay
- Handling bookings and payments, answering calls and guest questions, and keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Following health & safety and security procedures, completing required checks, and escalating guest issues quickly and confidently
