Reception Team Member – Full Time (Permanent)

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and welcoming Reception Team Member to join our Bristol team. As the first point of contact for guests, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and guest requests efficiently and courteously
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth procedures
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Process payments and cash transactions with accuracy
  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, report generation)
  • Stay updated on hotel amenities, local attractions, and events for optimal guest service
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols
  • Demonstrate flexibility with shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
