Reception Team Member – Cheltenham (West A40) Premier Inn
Location & Conditions
Based at Premier Inn, 374 Gloucester Rd, Cheltenham GL51 7AY – just off the West A40!
- Pay rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract: Fixed term until 30/09/2026 (no zero-hours contracts!)
- Hours: Flexible 12 hours per week
About the Role
Be the friendly face of our Cheltenham (West A40) Premier Inn! As a Reception Team Member, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and expert service, helping them feel at ease from arrival to departure. Work alongside housekeeping to ensure every room meets our high standards. Bring your customer service skills and chipper attitude—we thrive on positivity!
Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Deliver a personalised welcome to all guests, from booking to checkout
- Efficiently check guests in/out, beauty and handle enquiries
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain top-tier room standards
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and any onsite conference calls
- Manage front desk operations, front reception roles and AnswerPoint calls
- Uphold our commitment to inclusivity, diversity and equality
