About the Role
Join the welcoming team at Premier Inn Kings Lynn as a Reception Team Member, the friendly face of our hotel. Your passion for exceptional customer service will set the tone as you assist guests from check-in to departure—whether through warm greetings, helping with check-in/check-out, or collaborating with housekeeping to ensure their stay is flawless.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-tier customer service, creating a seamless experience for guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Support housekeeping and hotel operations to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive team environment by embracing collaboration and friendly communication
