Receptionist – Cockermouth Premier Inn
Location: Egremont Road, Cockermouth, Cumbria, CA13 0QX
Salary: Up to £13.06 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week
We're recruiting for a Receptionist role at our Cockermouth Premier Inn, offering a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026.
About the Role
Come and join as the friendly face of Premier Inn Cockermouth. With your customer service skills and personality, you’ll welcome guests warmly and ensure their stay is relaxing from the moment they arrive. Work closely with housekeeping teams to make sure rooms are perfect for guests.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for Premier Inn guests.
- Handle check-ins and administrative tasks with friendliness and professionalism.
- Operate in the guest-facing reception environment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the team’s mission to provide a stress-free stay for every guest.
