Front of House Team Member
Location: Client Site Company: Pareto FM Job Type: Full-Time
Pareto FM is looking for a professional, approachable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites.
This is a key front-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll act as the face of the workplace — managing reception services, supporting workplace operations, and ensuring every visitor receives a positive experience.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, coordination, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a professional team environment.

Front of House & Reception
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
- Delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times
- Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Responding to workplace requests, queries, and issues in a timely manner
- Managing internal systems including meeting room bookings and access passes
- Supporting with workplace events and evening setup when required
Administration & Workplace Support
- Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records
- Logging incidents and maintaining site documentation
- Supporting facilities administration, reports, and compliance paperwork
- Assisting the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc operational support
- Participating in an on-call rota if required
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer-facing environments
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft 365
- Flexible approach with willingness to support workplace events where needed

Desirable
- Previous experience within front of house, reception, facilities, or security roles
- Knowledge of Health & Safety or building security procedures
- Experience working within a 5-star customer service environment
