About the Client:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an investment management firm based in Piccadilly. They are looking for a professional Receptionist to join their business support team on a temporary basis.
About the Receptionist Role:
A fantastic temporary Receptionist opportunity! The successful candidate will provide additional front-of-house support during a particularly busy period. This is a temporary role, and will be for a minimum of three months and is not expected to become a permanent role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Providing a warm, professional front-of-house experience for visitors and clients
- Managing reception duties and maintaining an organised reception area
- Supporting with general administrative tasks and daily office operations
- Assisting with client meeting preparation and room set-up
- Serving and clearing lunches on Tuesdays and Fridays
- Supporting the wider office with ad hoc administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a finance, corporate or professional services environment.
- Able to provide a 5* level of service to stakeholders
- Organised, proactive and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
- Experienced in reception, front-of-house or hospitality
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and clients

Additional Information:
- This is a temporary opportunity for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension up to 6 months.
- Salary up to £45K (temp equivalent), based on experience
- West End office location
- Fully office based
