About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, warm, and people-focused Receptionist (Client Support Executive) to become the welcoming face of our operation based at the corporate offices of a reputable law firm.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and love creating exceptional experiences for clients, this is a role where you’ll shine.

As the first point of contact for all external visitors, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. You will ensure that every interaction feels seamless, professional, and memorable. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, building strong relationships and supporting the smooth running of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, friendly welcome to all external clients, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both external visitors and internal colleagues.
  • Manage room bookings and car park reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and setup of internal and external events.
  • Go above and beyond to enhance client satisfaction and create standout moments.

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Hours: 21 hours per week, with rotating shifts between 7am–7pm.
  • Core days: Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility for overtime on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Salary: £14,687 per annum.

Requirements

  • A naturally bubbly personality and exceptional people skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly and leave a lasting impression.
  • Confidence in juggling multiple priorities, staying calm under pressure, and managing your day effectively.

You will also have:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing demands with ease.
  • A polished, professional manner suitable for a high-end corporate environment.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering five-star service in a busy corporate or hotel environment.
  • Previous experience in a professional, client-facing role.
  • Background in a high-end corporate setting, with responsibility for managing client relationships.
