Your Role
As an Embers Team Member, no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple locations, becoming a trusted extension of every team you support. Your adaptability, professionalism, and passion for service will help create outstanding experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
You will:
- Provide reception and customer service cover across a variety of Hestia-managed locations.
- Support sites during team absences, annual leave, and operational requirements.
- Assist with events, launches, hospitality services, and special projects.
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their internal teams.
- Quickly adapt to different environments while maintaining Hestia's exceptional service standards.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure every experience is seamless.

We're seeking individuals who genuinely love delivering exceptional service and take pride in being the person others can rely on.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, front-of-house, hospitality, workplace experience, or reception environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to confidently work in different locations and quickly build rapport with new teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering consistently high standards of service.
