Reasons to use Rodeo

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Make appointments as appropriate, which may include issuing written confirmation through already prepared standard and routine letters. Email and text. Resolve any problems or issues, wherever possible, which may arise, including those relating to the planning and preparation of, for example, Clinic schedules.

Undertake basic Clerical tasks, such as, for example, distribution of incoming/outgoing post, filing, photocopying and completion of standard Forms/Returns. May be required to type/word process routine letters and other appropriate documents.

Record information on relevant Systems, including that relating to patients where appropriate, which may be computerised or paper-based.

You will be supporting multiple clinics within sexual health. This may involve chaperoning. Experience is not necessary as training will be given, but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
