Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-Time, 15 hours per week, Friday 5.45am to 1.45pm, Sunday 7.45am to 3.45pm

Delivering these services relies on an enthusiastic, customer-focused team, and they're now looking for a Receptionist to join their team and help make a positive difference every day.
As a Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the centre, helping visitors, members, and guests access the facilities, information, and support they need. Through excellent customer service and attention to detail, you'll help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door, supporting healthier communities and helping the Trust make a positive impact every day.
What you’ll do as a Receptionist
- Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house service, welcoming customers and responding to enquiries in a helpful manner
- Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate facilities, activities, and services across the centre
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and ensure enquiries are passed on promptly to the relevant colleagues
- Process bookings, memberships, and payments accurately using centre systems and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and handle personal information in line with data protection requirements
- Support the safe and efficient operation of the centre by keeping reception areas organised and reporting any concerns appropriately

Does this sound like you?
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a reception, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with a wide range of people
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems
- An organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A flexible and reliable team player who takes pride in creating positive experiences for customers

As well as checking eligibility to work in the UK, you will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
