The Receptionist Role
Reporting directly into a small and collaborative team, the Receptionist is the face of the firm—where hospitality meets professionalism. You’ll be responsible for:
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a spotless reception area, creating a professional first impression.
- Providing friendly, proactive assistance to every visitor and client—whether they’re a venture capitalist, intern, or vendor.
- Coordinating guest arrivals, ensuring discomfort is minimised with smooth check-ins.
- Managing and ensuring meeting rooms are clean, booked correctly, and available as needed.
- Supporting office events, both internal and external, to enhance the firm’s reputation.
- Tackling general admin tasks as required—from document filing to message triage.
