Receptionist
Receptionist – Hedge Fund Opportunity
Location: Fully Office-Based Wage: Up to £40K Contract Type: Temp/Temporary-Permanent Hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm | Flexibility Required (Switch between shifts as needed)

About the Receptionist Role
Working alongside another receptionist, this position demands a combination of professionalism, adaptability, and impeccable hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding guest and employee experience
- Meeting management: Organising agendas, troubleshooting conflicts, and problem-solving scheduling issues
- Hospitality duties: Coordinating lunches, checking equipment, and setting up telecommunications for meetings
- Communications hub:
- Handling high call volumes with consistency and professionalism
- Managing phone inquiries, messages, and prioritising requests
- Maintenance and reporting:
- Escalating any repairs/issue alerts to relevant teams
- Ensuring pantries and offices are stocked and visually appealing
- Collaborating with the housekeeper to maintain pristine office standards
- Other enablement support: Ad-hoc administrative tasks to enhance workflow

Candidate Specification
Essential
- Industry experience: Proven track record in corporate receptionist, concierge, or reception roles
- Switchboard/telephony: Experience managing high call volumes and multitasking
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Especially Outlook calendar management
- Administrative excellence: Demonstrated attention to detail, discretion, and efficiency
