Receptionist – Bupa Dental Care Watford

We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Bupa Dental Care Watford.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00 – 18:15
- Tuesday: 9:00 – 17:15
- Thursday: 7:45 – 17:15
- Friday: 8:00 – 16:15
Total weekly hours: 31.75
About The Practice
Bupa Dental Care Watford is a well-established 4-surgery practice offering a range of specialist services, including:
- Periodontics
- Dental implants
- Endodontics
About The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the practice front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and supporting patients with a professional and friendly approach
- Managing appointments and patient records
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

- Confident in promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services including plan options, finance and insurance claims.
