About The Role
Your role as Receptionist will focus on providing outstanding customer service as the key first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—all while delivering reliable administrative support.

Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Answer inquiries over the phone with empathy and efficiency
- Redirect calls to the appropriate team members and take accurate messages
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage reception databases and ensure up-to-date records
- Provide General Manager-level support through administrative tasks
- Maintenance & Presentation:
- Keep the reception area neat and welcoming
- Work closely with Housekeeping to uphold high standards
