Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Boardroom Receptionist to join our team based at a prestigious legal client in the heart of Bristol.
This exciting, hands-on role offers the opportunity to make your mark within a busy and high-profile operation that is brand new to Portico. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional who can help deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and ensure every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading service.
As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for clients, colleagues, VIP guests and event delegates, while championing Portico's values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all visitors and guests.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Provide exceptional boardroom and reception support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Welcome and assist VIP guests, clients and event delegates.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation throughout the reception and meeting spaces.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive service innovation.
- Ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Hours
- 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary
- £14.42 per hour
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a busy reception, front-of-house or customer service role (essential).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible and positive "can-do" attitude.
- The confidence to engage with clients, visitors and senior stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- The drive to succeed and uphold Portico's industry-leading service standards.

Compensation
- Rate Per Hour: Up to £14.50
- Employment Type: Permanent
