Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our front of house team in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry!

  • First main duty: Take ownership of the visitor journey, providing an intuitive, yet meticulous and naturally friendly meet and greet service in the lobby area. Our receptionists are helpful, attentive and balance genuine positivity, with sincerity and professionalism.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Take care of the meeting rooms and conference space, booking the rooms, working alongside the hospitality team to assist with set up and checks, and providing an appropriate meet and greet service in the lobby area for any events taking place.
    • Answer and screen calls, forwarding them to the relevant parties.
    • Assist with other ad-hoc admin-based tasks.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6:30pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £32,960

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to work well as a part of a team.
  • Ability to both give and receive direction.
  • Positive and organized with a good work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in high-end customer service, preferably within a vibrant reception operation and managing meeting rooms within a corporate environment.
