About MNK Group
MNK Group is a growing and dynamic organisation operating across multiple business lines within the financial and professional services sector. As we continue our growth journey from our newly fitted headquarters at 110 Bishopsgate, we are committed to delivering a professional, welcoming and high-performing workplace environment that reflects the standards of our business.
We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to become the face of MNK Group and deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience to clients, visitors and employees.
The Role
This is not a traditional administrative position.
As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play a critical role in representing the MNK Group brand. Your success will be measured not simply by the completion of tasks, but by the quality of every interaction and the impression you leave with those visiting our offices.
We are looking for an individual who brings a five-star hospitality mindset to a corporate environment; someone who can create a seamless, professional and genuinely welcoming experience whilst maintaining the highest standards of presentation, discretion and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently professional and polished welcome to all visitors, clients and candidates.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it reflects the high standards of the organisation at all times.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals, registrations and access procedures.
- Manage meeting room bookings, preparation and readiness throughout the day.
- Provide hospitality services for meetings, visitors and senior stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, deliveries and courier services efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain meeting rooms, reception and communal areas to an exceptional standard.
- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external visitors.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and take ownership of the overall front-of-house experience.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while maintaining a client-focused approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
