Role Overview
FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to work alongside our existing Receptionist team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive, efficient, and welcoming front desk experience.
This role encompasses:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Handling mail and administrative tasks
- Supporting office operations
- Maintaining supplies for a well-organised workspace
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet clients and visitors with a helpful and positive attitude
- Create a welcoming and professional first impression
Administrative & Logistics Support
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable
- Scan and securely handle incoming post
- Sort and distribute outgoing post and packages to the correct recipients
- Maintain records of mail for audit purposes

Meeting & Event Coordination
- Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across 4 floors
- Set up meeting rooms upon request (lighting, AV, refreshments)
- Order catering for meetings and events
- Ensure timely refreshments, including:
- Restocks of kitchen supplies (fridge, cereals, drinks)
- Stocking office stationery and maintaining supply organisation
Operations Support
- Coordinate and arrange courier deliveries and collections as required
- Manage building passes and liaise with ground-floor reception
- Maintain all office equipment and report maintenance needs
- Oversee office supplies to prevent stockouts
Collaboration
- Work closely with various stakeholders (partners, team members, clients)
- Support internal administrative processes where needed
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Prior experience in a corporate reception role (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal abilities for client interactions
- Organisational proficiency (handling multiple tasks efficiently)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to anticipate needs without being prompted
- Confidence in multitasking with high accuracy
Desirable
- Experience in a high-volume office environment
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, AV)
- Knowledge of security protocols (pass management, access control)
